Excited that I was, I upgraded my previously installed Fedora 10 to Fedora 11 last night. I thought that maybe, this new release will give me more pleasure on cloud computing. More over, on the administration side, I’m expecting a lot more to it.
To keep the entire story short, upgrade took around 1.5 hours of my time. This is really surprising. Still, I let it pass. I tried lurking around my newly upgraded system and then, one file browser failed to respond!! That’s way too much!!
Not just that, logging back in lags.
Come to think of it, I haven’t started anything yet. Only browsing through my files.
Right now, I’m trying to convince myself that a fresh install will change these impressions. We’ll see.
