People!! Mac OSx Snow Leopard is already out and Apple is offering 29USD for upgrade from Leopard to Snow Leopard beginning September.

Now, how about MS Vista to MS Windows 7?

How I wish Microsoft will offer the upgrade at the same prace. Although cheaper than 29USD will be greatly appreciated.
